Teacher’s code of conduct

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TEACHERS:

The teachers are the builders of the nation. They have a vital role to play in improving the personalities and overall vision of the students. The students get inspiration from their teachers and treat them as their models in life. So, the teachers are expected to rise to that level of expectation.

The following code of conduct is expected of the teachers:

1. They will act like a guardian of the students and will behave like responsible members of society and good citizens of the country with a sense of belonging to the Institute.

2. They will engage the classes regularly and perform other duties assigned to them with full dedication.

3. The interest of students will be at the top in their list of priorities and they will never victimize any student.

4. They will show love and affection towards students, keeping the discipline of students in mind.

5. They will take proper care of their dress manners, professional ethics and maintain dignified personality.

6. They will project a very dignified image so that the students may follow their teachers without any reservation.

7. They will not indulge in discussion directed against any colleague with the students and will not use any student for the promotion of their personal interests.

8. They will not conduct any tuition classes for the students of the Institute.

9. While dealing with students, they will not show any discrimination on the basis of religion, caste & sex etc.

10. They will meet the students of personal counseling group frequently and solve their problems.
